The Alley on S. Ann Arbor Street in Downtown Saline needs a name for the new entrance arch being installed in August. What do you think it should be called?
We will collect all suggestions, the community will vote, and the top ten names will be submitted to a committee made up of community members who will decide the winner. The winning name will be placed on the new decorative arch.

After the Schmids meat market and family that has been in the new Benito's location since the 1920s or earlier. Great saline family that has done so much for the community in the past century. They deserve some recognition and the alleyway is a great place to start. Benito's also has their early 1900 pictures of the storefront/alley in their new store to honor them.
